Sorry if this is old news; I was recently invited on my lvl 60 dh while leveling to 70 and found a trick that could be replicated.
The Act 1 quest turnin 'Sword of the Stranger' turnin rewarded ~15mil exp and ~120k per turnin.
My dh gained Around 3m gold and leveled to 70 in 5 mins. At lvl 70, however, the exp and gold stopped.
Setup would work as follows:
Acct/Bot 1 - Makes game, invites Acct/Bot 2, waits 5 seconds, talks to cain, leaves, repeats
Acct/Bot 2 - Accepts invite whenever receives an invite, switches to new character upon reaching level 70 on current character
Would make around ~80mil gold a night if setup appropriately.
This would also be a safe way to level different characters to lvl 70 in norm/hardcore mode.
If this can't be done easily via 2 demonbuddy accts, you could run with a buddy or create a simple Autoit script to click accept invites on a timed basis.
