Unknwon Glyph Version windows 10 VMWARE

Just installed new vmware. Fresh install windows 10. Fresh install archebuddy. Installed glpyh and archeage and updated it to current patch.

Loaded archebuddy, updated it. Got to account manager. Made fresh new account.. click start arrow and boom.

Unknown Glyph Version.

I am currently runniing archebuddy on my main computer and its running fine. I have enough keys. Don't know how to fix. Disables firewall and windows defender. Opened archebuddy with administrator.

Any ideas?

This can be only if AB cant access Trion site. Check your proxy\internet connection\firewalls

Well I was able to access trion site. But I did find the problem was my VPN program.. and it was the same one I used for my real computer (not VM). But when I used the VPN program for my windows 10 VMware it won't work!! I am so vexxed because it's a really good vpn program. I spent 2 hours trying to figure it out yesterday.
