unknown glyph version

Ive just bought 3 licences for archebuddy, installed some vms in vmware and got copied archeage from main pc there.
Ive written the path to the game and tried to lauch it. Now it says uknown glyph version.
Pls help me to run it.
Btw somewhere u said that its needed to run game w/out archebuddy once, but i cant do it as long as it is virtual machine.
And your software https://www.buddyauth.com still says that my key is unused/inactive, although I used it twice already in my vms.

seem a lot of people are getting that problem on new installs recently. No idea on the cause tho.

As for the vm thing. if you cant launch it from glyph it wont launch from AB either (the vm detection isnt removed), so be sure to follow the tips on the main forum post about vmware so that AA can run inside it.

Thnx for your answer, i fixed launching in virtual machine, so it works now.
But the AB error is still the same.

I tried to launch it using glyph after AB, then it fails with Injection failed. Code -13

Please admin help me, its almost 24 hours that im trying to fix AB, still nothing and no support from you at all.

Installed windows 7 instead of 8.1, the problem is exactly the same

I have tried to force it glyph in safe mode and still get unknown hackshield version
