unid loot rules?

i wonder how i set up loot rules with a lvl request?
or are already any loot rules like this out there?

i'll pick up these rare items unid:

1 hand Axe item lvl 62+
1 hand Dagger item lvl 62+
1 hand Sword item lvl 62+
Rings Item lvl 60+
Amus Item lvl 60+

how do the code need to look like?
or isnt that possible?

i just saw that the unid dealer keeps 1-Hands...
is it possible to tell him only keep the 1-Hands above?
and sell the rest?
