Unhappy with buddystore purchase

Hi

Is there a way to refund a purchase if we are not satisfied with it? , or should we report the purchase to paypal and get it refunded that way?

what exactly are the procedures when it comes to purchases that are not what they were said to be?.

do not have paypal pull the payment, it costs us more fees and could result in your honorbuddy key being marked as fraudulent, so dont do that.

now send an e-mail to [email protected] and let them know exactly what you want to refund, if you have a transaction id or order number make sure to include it as that would also help and one will be provided.
