Unhandled thread exception still

[9:38:57 PM:862] Can not pick up a quest from a gameobject without specifying a location. Please check your profile.
[9:38:57 PM:862] Could not create current in quest bot!

I realize that, but the Unhandled thread exception is when I start up HB, thus the first post log. I purposely ignored the Unhandled thread exception error and started up a particular profile to get a log of more substance as per Tony's request.

To further add to this.

1. I have uninstalled the .Net 3.5, 3.51 and 4.0 and started fresh (and rebooted)
2. I get the same Unhandled thread exception at start. I can run HB but it will not show activity logs, debugs etc. ie the HB tab logs remain blank
3. I downloaded a fresh 2.0.0.3895 same results (ran as admin)
4. I downloaded a fresh 2.0.0.3804 same results (ran as admin)
5. Firewall is fully allowing as well as anti-virus
