Unhandled Exception please help.

I have been using buddywing for over 3 years, I stopped using it for 1 month and now just redownloaded the bot and on a new repbuclic consular. I open the bot and it seems to load fine. I tried to load a profile and get an unhandled exception error. I reloaded the bot and clicked the settings tab and there are blank drop down menus. Plugin tab, nothing there either. Below is a log file of when I try to load a profile.

Oh also, the bot has not even created a character folder in the settings folder.

Thanks for that. It was driving me a little insane this morning before work
