Unhandled Exception Occurred

I just bought this and I can't even get it to open up so I can put my key in. This is what it shows in my log. Any help?

It's looking for Version 4, which is the assembly for this Namespace using Microsofts .NET 4 Runtime. Please google and make sure you are running .NET 4 not .NET 3.5 it uses the System.Web namespace, I assume because of the webservice calls it makes to the navigation server / PathService to make the bot move in the game to the correct coordinates and what not.
