Hey boys and girls, frankly I am new here however i did use the pokerfarmer bot on a few accounts and I loved the experience.
I had 7 accounts I botted with and 2 clean accounts i played with friends. One level 33 was loaded with 10x 3k cp Dragonites and I loved it. All of those accounts were banned within 1 week even thought i didnt use 1 for botting since July.
The reason why I am here is to appeal and help others retrieve their existing legit accounts. PokemonGo went as far as banning my level 18 and 14 accounts which I used on my cell "legit" without any reason. Never used any bots, never used gps spoof on those and voila in total within a week all 9 are hit with a banwave. Now the worst part is I cant even create a new account, it seems like they blocked my device ID completely and black listed my WIFI. Changing my IP didnt help either.

I believe many of us spend quiet the bit of money on our legit accounts, and to be fair we need some sort of say in why and how did they conclude they can just BAN ALL OF OUR ACCOUNTS.
Therefore to fuel some fire into this, I created an unofficial facebook page where trainers and botters can share their experience all together. Maybe then we can tell Niantic to justify their actions and whats the cause of banning an entire device ID or IP or whatever the reason.

PS: I am aware this is a botting community, and I respect everyone's decision on doing so. However among us there are a few who deserve a second chance.

I am not sure what they blacklisted but all new accounts i make on my device get banned. I do not want to change my phone ID due to its a working phone and do not want to mess with it.
I would like to have ninatic explain the bans on my legit accounts and why I am unable to get a reply from them just like many others

Google is a big corporation, unless we voice our selfs a little we will never find an explanation for what happened. Right now noone is even sure they got banned or what in the world happened.

Exactly what I've been saying. IP bans, and even device bans, are absolutely stupid. They have every right to ban individual cheaters but blanket banning everyone on a wifi/device? Fucking stupid. My uni is a similar size but they also rent iPads, laptops, etc to students for the day. If I bot, then log on from a rented iPad, everyone else who has will get banned? It seems like they dont really care in a way who gets banned, since they are expanding to different countries. I feel bad for people who spend money on this, they probably figured well we dont think they will buy again might as well terminate them completely. Its a corporation, thats how they run things.

I'm not sure how it works for mobile games, but I used to work for Blizzard Entertainment at the height of the WoW peak and cheating was nothing new even then.

Still, it was a solid business rule to never ban an IP address no matter the circumstance. There are too many situations in which banning an IP would just victimize someone that may have not been the cheater/hacker.

For Example: Hacker/Cheater named Bob lives in an apartment complex and after several suspensions earns a ban. Then the company goes one step further, they ban the Bob's originating IP address. In a lot of places around where I live only one internet service provider will cover a specific area. If Bob moves out after his lease, the new tenant will now not be able to play the game that Bob was banned from because the IP address is banned/blacklisted; thus, punishing an innocent user. A very general example.

No One At Niantic cares about fair or unfair.
That said, hit them where they understand:

1. One Star Review Every Rev they make for buggy, user hostile product they make.
2. Get Your Money Back for every banned account as soon as it is banned.

It worries me that i might accidentally get everyones legit accounts banned as we all use the same wifi lol.

To be honest the ban appeals are for naught. This is why I am trying to spread the word in regards to people sharing the stories so Ninatic kind of wakes up and lets us have a proper explanation how they run the banwave.

I regret the fact my two legit accounts were terminated even thought i spend money on them just because they flagged my botted accounts for them its the right thing to do and terminate all accounts associated with the device ID or IP.


Its not our fault they are expanding now is it? if they were so against bots they could have put that into TOS on the first day of release. We all thought they would just be softbans.

I really dont think they are banning IPs, without getting too technical but think about large companies, congested cell towers in popular areas, popular coffee shops, this would cause too many people banned for no reason - people that never heard of bots or this site. There are far too many unpatched ways to tell if someone is cheating without worrying about the IP...

M8 you are botting and got fuck. Just accept that. They are agains bots, spoof and other things the problem is you "thought" they would just do softbans.

You can appeal on your legic accounts banned if you really did nothing wrong there.

I got 1 account ban and other still alive and i'm ok with that cuz it's just my fault it was me boting, spoofing and sniping. You need to understand that if you don't play legit you can be ban without any advise.

So they are talking about fairness? Be fair, they are far far away from fair gameplay.

Oh wait the minute I can take a vacation, pay for ticket to NY, pay a taxi to Central Park and pickup all pokemons, visit all pokestops in train in all pokegyms. So first you repair your software that everyone will have the same chance, then we could talk about fairness.

I hate to break it to you, they are doing exactly that. I work as tech support for a major ISP and guess what? All of our local hotspots are blacklisted, and keep getting blacklisted by niantic, because they haven't gotten their heads out of their asses. They have banhammered thousands of accounts in my area that I know for a fact most of them were legit as the people know nothing about botting... Ironically only my legit account has been banned to date, so please spare us the "there are far too many ways to tell if someone is cheating without worrying about the IP." Because guess what? the only account that was banned of mine, was the legit one, and it was the only one to use my companies wifi hotspots... Niantic has gone down a dark and dangerous path and have more or less ended their app before they released Gen 2, I am going to sit here and eat my popcorn and watch as Niantic destroys a franchise, and then watch nintendo rip them a new one!

A very good point. People in downtown are basicaly the only ones able to catch rares. I live 30 min away from downtown and god bless the gyms here are owned by vaporeons.
I think they should change the term from FAIR to Selective.

Yeah, and the fing head of Niantic has stated he doesn't care about suburban or rural areas, he said to move to the city as that's where thet game was designed to be played.

I must of got 1000's of people banned then if that is true. New cell phone data ip every 2 mins because of blacklist.
