The bot is having issues with underwater waypoints since rather than the point being on the surface its usually on the floor of the watersource which means spinning tends to happen until you physically make it dive down and reach the point.

This is a known issue with navigation. Unfortunately, I haven't figured out how Wildstar handles water in their data files, it's very high on my to-do list though. Could you please reply with a log of the bot startup, near the area with the water? (I'd like to check it out, and possibly manually make changes to the mesh there)
