Of course it's not fake lol, had the mail adress for several months without a SINGLE spam message, and if it was fake how do you explain me not being able to logon to my account? And when I called and asked about the status they said they were determining future actions, you mean they redirected my phone call to the scammers house who simply played some WoW music and had a 15 min queue?

And of course I removed the gm's name and my account name, if you couldn't figure that out I pity you tbh.

You come here posting a stupid thread asking if you are permanent banned, when it is written in the email with proper and clear english that you are SUSPENDED pending INVESTIGATION. If you cared to either use google translate, in case your english aint good. Or just called them, there would be no need for this post, and no need for you to flame people that 'might' not believe the email.
