I dont think it's likely that you'll get perma'd unless if was pretty darn racist / offensive to EVERYONE, the only other way I'd expect it to be a perma is if they notice "bot like" activity in their logs whilst investigating the history of the account.

I've seen plenty names that are just as offensive. I'm sure they will just make you change it, but I agree with the others ... why would you want to draw extra attention to your bot by having a bannable name?

This email looks like a fake, their mails look different from this one, and are sent from another mail adress.

Of course it's not fake lol, had the mail adress for several months without a SINGLE spam message, and if it was fake how do you explain me not being able to logon to my account? And when I called and asked about the status they said they were determining future actions, you mean they redirected my phone call to the scammers house who simply played some WoW music and had a 15 min queue?

And of course I removed the gm's name and my account name, if you couldn't figure that out I pity you tbh.
