unavailable for Germans?

quick question: if I try to buy the bot is says "not available in your country". I knew that HB and DB are unavailable for Germans because Blizzard sued Bossland but at hearthbuddy.com at the bottom of this site is a little message "Botting is not against any law" and that is why I'm confused .

Well if I guess:
they have recieved a injunction for the diablo3 bot and they count has forbitten some functions for honorbuddy.
I guess they just don't want to recieve a third injection / verdict for the new heartbuddy but.
Because fighting against blizzard via law is expensive and if they win one battle they probably win all battles,
so there is no need to fight the same fight for each bot.
