Unable to use built-in fishing

when I try to use built-in fishing it tells me "please select a profile" and rb freezes.

I have tried possible solutions such as clean reinstall. The problem persists. I think I'm missing a "default profile" for fishing, and it's not included in the CN version. Any help would be much appreciated
