Unable to use archebuddy

As soon as I get to character creation screen the game disconnects (the gods have disconnected you) while running AB. Have tried reinstalling AB, turn on/off server and char select in account manager but to no avail. This has been going on for two days. Have also posted in the support thread but no response.

Maybe you have to create it from glyph. I mean running first archeage tan AB. But wait for a better anwer Because I don't really know mate!

Can you play the game normally without AB? They added some extras into hackshield which might be causing this right now.
If you can't create a character without AB though it's most likely software or driver related.

Have you launched the buddywizard on either of the computers yet? And do you use any antivirus like Avast or McAfee etc? if so you may need to add Archebuddy to the exceptions list.

Check AB main log window. Did you see there "Client initialization timeout" ?

This time it let me run a few steps 5-10 seconds and seemed like chat kept streaming by until I clicked ok on the disconnected button. I will try at home and see if I receive a different result.
