Unable to start rebournbuddy

I've been away for a bit as I had no PC working for a few weeks. However on my return I tried to boot up RebornBuddy and have the following errors.

So I went ahead and rechecked all the required files manual install and such and even confirmed with buddywizzard as seen here: https://gyazo.com/a2ec4a0134841d02c91e7d4ea5797ce8

I have double and triple checked windows updates, removed and reinstalled the required packages manually, and confirmed that i grabbed the most up to date RB as per the download link in the store.

Oh and I'm running Windows 10 Home 64bit OS.

Any suggestions or methods others have already found that I have missed while browsing the forums would be appreciated.

Resolved.

I removed Visual 2017 C++ and force installed 2015 64 and 86 versions and now it works.

I have the same error i tried everything and keep the same error.
