Unable to start buddywing

I just got the key for the program when i start it i get

Got same problem after reinstall of windows. Every think was updated and install but bot don't start and shows this error. Bot also was reinstalled

Any ideas soz its make me very angry when one bot(HB) works perfect but second don't even start....
