unable to start bot

hi thebuddy team

i just paid for pokefarmer

pokefarmer.com order number: 364045065

and i did downloaded the latest pokefarmer and at first the software unable to run

then i format my pc and run the pokefarmer.exe as win xp compatibility and it's successfully to open it

but once i hit start bot after enter my genuine auth key and window require it to close

need support asap please......
