Unable to reply to threads In Support

So I don't seem to have the ability to reply to threads in the support forum. I don't see any other places to ask about it.

Oh, is this a relatively new change? I know mods aren't always available 24/7 to help answer queestions and what not, and we used to. Or is this just to eliminate a lot of unnecessary posts that you guys have to read?

its been like this for months.

basically one of the reasons for it was to stop people from giving bad fixes or tossing threads down rat holes, in between the times it takes for us to respond to threads.

plus it stops trolling, and all sorts of other problems.
