Hey all,
I purchased an honorbuddy session about a month ago, and enjoyed it deciding to re-up today with another month. I tried to purchase a key but once I authenticated my card with the popup I got pushed to an "Honorbuddy failure" page, which listed 4 options for resolving the issue. I opted to contact support, and also called my bank to make sure it wasn't declined on their end, which they said it hadn't been. I received a reply back from support about an hour after I posted, asking why I would change the "payment zone". A question I had since I didn't know what region to select.. In japan but the card is registered at my last address in the states. I responded that I had tried both options, and I haven't received any reply since, approx 5 hours ago. Anyone experience this issue before? Thanks!
