Unable to purchase Honorbuddy

So I've been trying all day to purchase honorbuddy, but it's been taking me to a page saying error

but now it's showing me this:

I've entered my email and ive been waiting but nothings coming through, ive had a support ticket in all day and its just really frustrating me as I want to purchase and use the bot

where do i get my honorbuddy code ive purchased it and recieved a confirmation email do I just wait for another email with the code on?
