Unable to purchase from buddystore

Hey.

I'm trying to purchase https://store.buddyauth.com/Product?productId=6341 from the store, but it just gives me an error.

I get to the part where after I clicked continue from your paypal popup, it says error, not successful.

I have tried:
Paypal
Mastercard

And I've had a friend try with his information, but all to no avail.

We are both using chrome.

Any ideas - sorry if I've missed something, let me know.

Thanks for directing me, issue has not been solved, but has been adressed.

I seemingly made a mistake and purchased a key from a 3rd party (ownedcore seller) and he fraudulently charged back - that was back in 2014.

So now I sit, 2 years later and a couple of purchases in between, unable to purchase now...

I don't get the part that you have allowed me to purchase from the buddystore in between, but now suddenly I'm not allowed because of something in 2014.

If we cannot come to a solution, I'm gonna have to say goodbye.
