I'm unable to purchase any session(s) for the bot. Once I try and complete the payment it takes me to the "BUDDYWING Payment Failure" page, I emailed support who apologized and then told me to go to Bossland GmbH to buy a session, well if you look at the link Buddy Wing is no where to be found, even if you search for it.
1. The buy option didn't work
2. Creating a ticket with Support didn't help
Any other suggestions?
UPDATE: Looks like the solution we came to was I purchased an Honor Buddy key and then support changed that key to a Buddy wing Key. Though I am glad to have gotten a key, what I'm not thrilled about is that I had to pay for a more expensive key than what Buddy Wing is listed as. The dollar amount is not a huge amount, but since this was the only solution provided, it feels really shady that this is the only solution the support side could come up with. I'm happy to help support Buddy Wing but I feel like the cost won't be put forth to helping the advancement of Buddy Wing. I know one purchase won't be a game changer to cover the cost of development, but I'd like to know that my support went to Buddy Wing instead of Honor Buddy.
