restart your pc,
download the installationwizard http://updates.buddyauth.com/BuddyWizard.zip
run them as administrator.
after wizard installation is done, run windows update. And install all updates for .net & c++
restart

pm me your Skype and we will teamviewer it

same is happening for me
fresh install c++ and .net are up to date
was hoping to start before bed tonight

I still need help with this. I am still getting stuck at the same spot.

Hi, Kronney,

While we're waiting for Tony to catch up with you, let's try a shotgun approach.

First, let's make certain your dependencies are intact. Please completely follow the full steps for "Repairing it manually" from this article:

Second, let's do a 'clean install' as described here:

As stated in the article, It is important for the clean install that you:
  • Use a NEW directory in which to install Honorbuddy (e.g., C:/Honorbuddy/)
  • Do NOT copy anything from a previous Honorbuddy installation
  • Do NOT install any third-party products
  • Disable the streaming of all products from the Buddy Store
Please leave it in this configuration until we get your problem sorted.

Lastly, let's make certain your Antivirus is not interfering:

If no joy, please show us a fresh log from the 'clean install'.

cheers,
chinajade
