Unable to log in

Every time I try to log in to the Log On - Buddy Auth Portal, using either forum or emailed account info, I get "Login was unsuccessful. Please correct the errors and try again. The user name or password provided is incorrect." or with the HB client I get "Invalid Account Details Authentication failed!"

Would love to be able to log in and use this

you should log using the info which is on the email we have sent you after your purchase

Ive tried that one, it still fails.

EDIT: I've figured it out.
