Unable to log in

[HB9676P35]

I finally got Honorbuddy installed, and when I go to log in. I keep getting this message.

I been trying to find out whats going on, I don't know if its because I haven't found out how to change my username yet, or if I am doing something wrong. I already went and changed my password and made sure I have this odd username typed in case sensitive.

Invalid Account Details=wrong username or password

make sure that you are trying to log with the info we have sent you on the email

your username should be HB9676P35 and not hb9676p35 and also make sure that there are not symbols and non english letters on your pass
