Unable to log in.

I am unable to log into RB. When I click login using my key it just reappears again with no message. Logs are attached.

I have done the following steps to resolve the issue with no luck:

Rebooted my computer
Downloaded RB again
confirmed the key was correct by logging in to view it.
rebooted again after downloading it again.
I am on directx 9 and have logged into the game before every attempt.

UPDATE:

Confirmed I have the right and latest .NET and C++ installed.
When I open rebornbuddy, it pops up with the screen to enter the key and log in. I enter the key and then it reappears asking for it again giving the attached logs. I even used a friends key since he has 3 keys and no luck same issue.

If you are trying to connect to the China server, for whatever reason, it will deny some keys. i tried inquiring about it months ago but zero support has been given.

If you are trying to connect to the SEAsia server, that server is terrible, it goes down frequently, disconnects often and navigation errors unique to that server happen way too often.

Wait, so I emailed my issue in, an Admin said to post it on a forum, and no one really helps me at all for days? Come on Admins. If I cannot get help on a product I payed for, than I will be asking for a refund.
