Unable to log in

Hi there, I seem to be having trouble with logging in my honorbuddy, I recently purchased this today and i've tried using my shop login/password but all i get is:

Authenticating..
Authentication failed.

Would anyone be able to throw some light on this please,

DDoS - never stopped since over 2 weeks, we are on it.
 
Do you have any idea on an eta when i'll be able to log in?

You have just to try - i actually am able to login after 1-3 failures
 
its slow but it works
just tested it on my machine
 
when you get the auth failed just wait a couple of minutes and hit the button again. When it happens to me I wait a few minutes and try again and seems to work. Sometimes I have to try up to three or four times...but waiting 2 to 5 minutes in between tries

I had the same problem, I just reconnected (without closing window) and then it connect, after some tries..

Attached to WoW with ID 5704
Loading Honorbuddy 1.9.6.2827 settings.

Not being funny guys been trying to log in for 2 days, one just logged in finally the other still wont

Authenticating..
Invalid response received from HB server: N/A

Just did a little test tried to log in using the test account that gives free access that worked fine, seems there is a fault with my HB user account then?

same this has happened to me.. tried logging in for hours, then tried the t3st acct and it logged in instantly and told me i need to be under 20.. :( fingers crossed for new version
