Unable to log in today. Lifetime Key Expired

Strange. I cannot get in today.

"Key is Expired!
Authentication failed.

Key is expired!"

This was a lifetime key. My original email states that the key should be valid for 3600 days. It has been maybe 2 and a half years. 3600 days is still more than 2.5 years.

Any idea as to when you guys will correct this?
