Unable to load what I bought from store

I've tried several times to reinstall HB, still unable to load the scripts what I bought from store, btw, my system is new installed win10, could any tech help me to solve this problem?

do you have a log? do you have activated the scripts in the buddystore?

HB running fine, and I enable all of scripts I bought in store, still doesnt work, except 1-110 questing profile loaded...View attachment 9712 2016-10-24 20.52.txt

em...I think I figure out why HB doesnt load the profiles, seems that some of scripts I bought does not updated...such at Tuanha or Enyo...I just trial one profile from store, it works...then, another question, why I cant load Tuanha or Enyo, is that means what I bought for nothing now?

the routines are outdated. but tuanha is working on a update as far as i know. you can check the current state on his page.

tuanha's status is ok, but I still cant load from store...errrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr............

you can't load anything or just tuanha/enyo? because they are out of date and that's the reason they don't load, because they are out of date

I cant load anything except 1-110 questing pack (seems doesnt work fine...)
