Unable to Load Profiles from File

So I had some other issue recently, so I decided to just re-install Windows 7 on my rig to fix my issues of a really slow Honorbuddy.

So I now have Honorbuddy working at a normal speed since I did the OS refresh, but NOW I have a new issue

I can't load any profiles when I choose Load Profile -> From File. I get nothing. It almost like it blinks like it should be giving me the Choose file pop-up, but I get nothing

I can load profiles from Buddy Store and Web Source, but for some reason I can't load files that I have downloaded. I am also unable to load setting files in class config for combat routines.

Go to Programs and Features, in your windows Control panel.
Look for:
- microsoft .net framework 4 client profile
- microsoft .net framework 4 extended
- microsoft .net framework 4.5.x
- microsoft visual c++ 2010 x86 redistributable
- microsoft visual c++ 2012 x86 redistributable


and Uninstall them if they are installed.
Restart your PC.

Download Microsoft .NET Framework 4.5.1 (Web Installer) for Windows Vista SP2, Windows 7 SP1, Windows 8, Windows Server 2008 SP2 Windows Server 2008 R2 SP1 and Windows Server 2012 from Official Microsoft Download Center


run both as administrator.
after the both installs are completed, run windows update. And install all updates for .net & c++
Then do one last restart.
