Unable to load profiles from BuddyStore

Hello,

I'm having issues loading any profiles from the BuddyStore.

Log attached!

So far I have:

Uninstalled, Rebooted, Reinstalled

Used the "buddy wizard" app to check dependencies.

Updated all drivers for hardware on this PC

FYI, this is a fresh install of Windows 10, not an upgrade

Kudos on all the things you've already tried.

First, are you running both the WoWclient and Honorbuddy with Windows Administrator privileges?

Also, let's delete the .../Honorbuddy/Cache/ directory completely.

A fresh log please, if neither of those is the problem.

I didn't see a "cache" directory, but I did run Honorbuddy as an administrator. It automatically launches WoW, so no idea how to set that as administrator.

Neither worked, unfortunately.

Alas, indeed its still the same problem:

[20:01:51.787 D] System.TypeInitializationException: The type initializer for 'Styx.WoWInternals.QuestLog' threw an exception. ---> System.IO.IOException: Cannot create "C:\Users\*****\Documents\Honorbuddy\Cache" because a file or directory with the same name already exists.

Let's try another 'clean install' of Honorbuddy. But this time, place it in a "C:/Honorbuddy/" directory. This article should help you with the process:

When you're installing, please make certain you are using Windows Administrator Privileges. (I.e, Right-click on the icon and select "Run as Administrator").
