Unable to launch HB

I have installed honor buddy using the .exe and made sure all framework vs is up to date also.
I am running Win10.
Launching in 32bit mode running as admin.

This is the on screen log:

Honorbuddy v2.5.15092.821 started.
Logging in...
T: 5247655724776422243 H: 361739131

This is as far as it gets then it just hangs with no change.
I have also attached my last two log files.
I have tried deleting the settings folder also and reinstalled HB multiple times.

I have read the forums and realised I needed to start my own thread and not continue from another.

fixed, I extracted the zip files instead of using the .exe and it worked.
