Unable to install honorbuddy

Hi, recently my honorbuddy stopped working (Unable to get to the combat routine choosing after clicking login). As such, I tried to do a fresh install. However, when performing the fresh install, I encountered a problem and was unable to proceed. I tried reinstalling the 2012,2013,2010 redistributables and used buddywizard.zip but to no avail. Anyway I can resolve this issue? I tried using the zip file to extract and open honorbuddy as well but honorbuddy crashed after login similar to my initial problem.

dont use the installer.
Download the latest version of honorbuddy.
http://updates.buddyauth.com/GetNewest?filter=Honorbuddy
Then do a clean install into a new folder. Do not reinstall over a previous installation or move items from the old installation into the new one.
