Unable to even start bot?

Hi just purchased the bot, and downloadet it.

However after unzip. the file and opening the new folder, pressing RebornBuddy there goes from 5-15sec before i get 2 boxes appear.

Box1: ff14bot stop working.
Box2: do you want to send more information about the problem.

so maybe im doing it completly wrong, i got my key i recieved in my mail, but i havent reacht any point yet where i would have to use it?

Sounds like antivirus is deleting something it shouldnt be.

thats the thing, i dont use any anti-virus program.
downloadet it with firefox could that be and issue?

Unlikely, crashing this often is often caused by one of to things

1) Missing files: Did you extract everything from the zip file properly?
2) Missing Prerequisites: Download and run http://mastahg.com/rebornbuddy/BuddyWizard.exe which will download and install everything you need to run the bot.

i dont know what juice that link you sendet is running on, but it fixet the problem.
