Unable to Create Meshes

Alright, I have HB 1.2.4.5 and I am trying to create some farming profiles for my lvl 80 toons. I am running into a slight issue though. The profile is easy to create, but I cannot figure out the steps for creating a mesh. I have used several guides on here but when they say to create a mesh, they do not provide click by click steps to create one. I have tried several different steps and it never generates any data on the mesh file I create.

Whenever I try and map, and of course try and run the Profile with this empty mesh I get a repeated spamming of:
Unable to read beyond the end of the stream. - From: mscorlib

That is all that is in the log for Debug, and nothing in the Navigator log.
What should I be doing and in what order to get the files to generate?

mine does the same thing, altho i'm using the lastest version of HB... when i save the mesh it just creates a completely blank file with 0 bytes of data in it.

same thing here. Loaded the included AV mesh and could record to it with no problems, so idk what's going on. Also, I had made a mesh before successfully so i'm pretty sure i didn't f- it up :D

you brought up something to try so i did... i created the file with the mesh name first before i started mapping then loaded it then started mapping thru HB... when i saved it, it actually added info to the mesh file. maybe that was the missing link. gonna go try it now

++++++
yes it does work that way... create the mesh before you start making it, then just overwrite it once you are done.. worked like a champ for me too bad its too late to make my mesh that ive been working on all day now... grrrr

That's what i've done and I keep getting that 'unable to read' error. Gunna try it on my laptop to see if its some glitch with my comp.

ahh maybe, mine seems to be warndering aimlessly now.. who knows... all i know is im tired now so back to leather farming;)

I can get the Mesh to add more paths to the existing data, but no luck on getting it to create a new one.

I have the same problem. I created the mesh. Saved it. Clicked START MAPPING and the error just starts scrolling in the debug log. No data is generated or saved :( Please fix this or provide a solution devs.

The first time I tried creating a mesh, I was having this problem too..
I clicked Start Mapping, ran around, and then stopped and saved, and resulted in a 0 byte file..
But then when I actually started Honor Buddy, with the Mapping turned on, then it worked..

Open a mesh file (any that you downloaded from the forums will do), clear it, save it as your new name, open it again, then start mapping. When done, save the mesh, open it again and your done.

i've done this (ie: ab.mesh) and it doesn't fully clear the mesh. it starts with X,XXX nodes and ends with X,XXX+n nodes {n=your nodes} >.<

yeah but normally the ones that are left over.. don't mean anything... they're not attached/connected so who cares if they're there?

well i've done this (and yes it works but it keeps the old points too, it wont start from a "fresh" 0kb mesh at all). and when i go to start it back up i keep getting:

[4:11:48 PM:97] Unable to read beyond the end of the stream. - From: mscorlib

-_-

any help?

sw boat includes the vendor name for the dockmaster,
sw boat2 does not

mesh is same either wa. i keep getting that red error above. basically im trying to get from SW mage tower (where you get ported to) to the sw dock ... and i just want it to go from point a to point b and stop.

what am i doing wrong?
