Same as topic. I've read the faq's and searched.

I load GB,
Log In
"Unload Path"
Input new path name
Record
Fly around
Stop record
GB log throws this

"Recording with 0 path indexes
Error - subLoopRecord: Profile already exists by that name!
Recording complete.
"

And there is no new profile. I am 1000% positive there is no existing profile with that name.
Profile was named "Testplzwork"

Any help?

Load a blank profile, DONT unload it, then record.

this should be fixed on 1759
are you using the latest Gb version?

Same problem here.

If you try to load "a blank profile" it says "Failed to get path".

After "Stop Record" - "Recording with 0 path indexes Error - subLoopRecord: Profile already exists by that name!
Recording complete."

100% there is no profile with that name.

GB 1.7.5.9 (previous 1.7.5.8 one was saying "Error - with looping" or something similar)

Can anyone please tell me how to made it to create a new profile?

I'm unable to create a profile too, getting same errors as above. Using latest version

Also, why can't I download one of the older versions of GB out of the archives? Says I dont have permission. I'm lifetime, do I have to be a mod or something? I would really like ONE working version to stick too.

Bumping this. Would really like a definitive answer other than Your doing it wrong, since that is clearly not the issue.

It would have been much easier to have a "New Profile" button on GB and then in some way upload that same profile straight away to the website. To be honest I dont know why GB doesnt work like HB in which we load the profiles on the go from a file on the computer...

Having the same issue as everyone else, tried numerous different approaches. Removed all of my profiles and it still says "Error - subLoopRecord: Profile already exists by that name!"

I believe they are aware of this problem as it was addressed in the release thread. I would bet the next revision has a fix.
