Unable to connect

Hi I have a problem yesterday will not let me connect with no one makes me hb authentication fails and theYou have not selected a valid instance of WoW to attach to!
Please restart Honorbuddy and choose a valid instance of WoW to use Honorbuddy with!
This version of Honorbuddy only supports WoW Build #14333
You are currently on build #0 last session and invalidates or not I have exhausted my firewall sessions run as adm etc to see if you can help me thanks.is the latest version but otherwise leaves me with no version

make sure that you are logged with your char in the game and then run Hb

hb took several months and never a failure until now always given the character and then logging hb open but since yesterday afternoon I left conctar hb with any of the older versions of both the latest as well as each one tells me intancia thing that invalidates or e exhausted my sessions
