Unable to connect to Buddy servers

Hi there i cant open my honorbuddy,

Please do a 'clean install' of Honorbuddy using the installer, not the zip file. Full instructions here:

Honorbuddy:HelpDesk:"Clean installing" Honorbuddy​

You also must make certain that the installer, the entire Honorbuddy folder, and the Honorbuddy executable are exceptions in your AntiVirus.

Ive done that but after the restart of my pc i have the same problem..
do you have any idea?

- microsoft visual c++ 2005-2015 x86 redistributable



restart your pc,
download the installationwizard http://updates.buddyauth.com/BuddyWizard.zip
run them as administrator.
after wizard installation is done, run windows update. And install all updates for .net & c++
run https://www.thebuddyforum.com/BuddyWizard.exe

restart
