Unable to connect to buddy servers

So, I see everyone is having issues with their buddystore purchases not loading...

I was having similar issues, I closed everything, restarted my computer is now I click on HonorBuddy Launcher, click "Launch" and it opens WoW x86, but I am immediately presented with a box that says

"Authentication failed. Unable to connect to Buddy servers."

Did HB go completely offline? (Attempted uninstall and reinstall, cleared cache in WoW and HonorBuddy in LocalAppData... and I get the same problem everytime)

Thanks for the help, Must have somehow removed C++ Redist 2013 x86 when I was reinstalling HB.

That got me to be able to load the bot again, but seems I still can't view purchases. I'll follow the main thread you created for assistance with that issue.
