Unable to Authenticate DB

I am running the new #215 DB and I still have the same issue. I have both .NET 4 and C++ installed correctly and DB crashes before I am able to sign in?? Can anyone help please, thank you.

router is fine, I thought it was a firewall issue too but i have disabled all firewalls and still the same issue

did you try a fresh install?

make a new installation from scratch using this version
