Unable to attach PF key to account and kill active session.

I was attempted to log into my buddy auth portal account today and it told me to kill my active session. So after I registered and attempted to attach my PF key to my account it said that the key was already claimed even though I registered my buddy auth portal account with the same email that recieved my PF key. Wondering how best to proceed.

I was able to login to the portal and was able to confirm that the key is attached to this email. I looked under the sessions sections and found nothing is active, However I am still receiving the same "kill session" error code when attmpted to start PF with that authentication key.
