Unable to attach honorbuddy??

I launch the Honorbuddy program and put in the Authentication Key. It logs in but then will "not respond" and close out? anything I can do to fix this? I have uninstalled and reinstalled everything from the buddy wizard program. I couldnt update the Honorbuddy Program. it got stuck at file 1823. So I reinstalled the entire launcher from the ZIP file.View attachment 1364 2015-02-14 20.25.txt

are you sure the key your trying to use is the same one listed on the buddyauth website? are you sure theres no spaces before or after your key?


if your sure, try flushing your dns
Flush DNS - What's My DNS?


reset your host file back to default.

and try power cycling your home router.

log into your buddystore account and disable streaming for all products.

then it should start fine.

its a known issue and the devs are working on it.
