Unable to add (claim) Key

Hi!

I was suggested to purchase another key since they other one had expired. I purchased a new one but am unable to attach the key to this account and access the Honorbuddy Store scripts because it says "This key has already been claimed."

Not sure where to go from here, but if this can't be resolved, I would like a full refund of all the scripts I've purchased.
