Unable to add botbases/plugins

I know its not rocket science or anything but for some reason, Im unable to add new plugins, bots, routines, anything. I follow the instructions listed and when I restart rebornbuddy, only the original plugins/bots are there despite the files for the new bots being in the correct place. Any idea as to what Im doing wrong?
