Kavem the Callous in side the building (NPC located at X="-1972.388" Y="6277.719" Z="56.86252") does not have a pathable zone. For some reason, the bot cannot detect this mob, is not aware of this mob, and cannot even be told to RunTo said mob manually.
This should be fixed somehow. Not sure if it's possible to manually fix it.
NOTE: It should be mentioned that killing him for the quest is NECESSARY to continue the quest chain here.
