UI Not responding after a while

I keep getting this issue where after a while the UI just stops responding, it will keep doing its thing in game but the UI is completely unresponsive including logging and buttons.

It always happens and I can't avoid it, any ideas?

if your running any unneed plugins turn them off, something must be locking up the thread badly for it to be causing that many issues.

its normal for the ui to be unresponsive right after logging in and right after pressing start, but it souldnt keep locking up on you. if you can please post a full log as an attachment.
 
Then it must be professionbuddy because every other plugin is disabled :(

Still happening, no plugins enabled. It froze after I left it a little while after booting it up (without starting it).
