....ugh...Sigh...HB problems

So when I try to download the new version of HB (been away from gaming for a while) it gives me a "Setup Failed" Sign and also says "One or more issues caused the setup to fail, Please fix the issues then retry the setup." then says "0x80070659 - This installation is forbidden by system policy. Contact your system administrator." What does this mean and how do I solve this problem. Should I delete the old versions? What do I do!! Help please!!

Please do a clean install by following the instructions here:

Of particular import is to run the installer with Windoze administrator privileges.

HEy I figured it out, I went into the control panel and right clicked on it and clicked repair and it fixed it. Now my payment methods are messing up. It will lag out and be unresponsive after I fill all the info from my debt card, then ill refresh and It will go one more tab over to where I have to verify my account (becu online banking passcode thing) then it will lag out again. Then ill do it all again and it will bring me to the page of where the info where it says successful!! and it will be completely blank. What do I do?

Hi HaydenEvans2,

You are not describing the same problem for which you asked for help.

We do not understand how a 'control panel' action can affect a payment option (which is not even the same problem you first described). I believe you are on your own with this one.
