This works pretty well, using it atm. If you are trying to force something specific it seems like the "Skip terror organ" and "skip vial organ" are mixed up, so you will have to switch them up in the plugin settings to farm anything specific. If you are running them all then nothing other than enabling the plugin and choosing Uber - Starter in the load menu is required. You will need the machines for the main feature to actually do anything though, and I think it stops when you have run out of them.
