1. Is it possible to get banned if i'm sitting there just not looking at my bot play? I mean if anyone talks to me I reply LOL sooo?

2. How can I get the 5.2 beta bot? I can't find it for some reason :/
 
Yes, you can get banned no matter how you setup your bot.

There is no stable version for 5.2, you will have to wait for the official release.

It's not a set up, I'm physically sitting watching my movies etc and on my other screen I have my bot going, is it possible to get banned if you catch a gm messing with you?

This kinda confused me.

It minimizes the risk, but if you're in the middle of the nudescene in some teenageflick and your toon gets to run into a wall for 10 seconds before you notice anything, you will probably get banned.
 
Ofcourse you can always can get banned. But the way you're doin it is the way I'm doin it too and I think it really reduces the risk of getting banned.
Im grinding atm in a cave in MoP, together with another bot. Theres maybe one quest where the people need to go into the cave for. When im babysitting and I spot one I usually make a talk with m.

Im just scared for the other grindbot. Im a prot warr and my bot targets like 3 guys at a time, making the other bot kill targets that are 'mine'.

At first I was questing 85-90 with the kicks guide. But my bot got stuck a few times and started humping the walls. THAT, imo, does INCREASE the risk of getting banned. I'd rather be stuck in a cave with another bot any time of the day.

But you are a babysitter. Install a plugin that makes your movement look less robotic and ur good I guess. Bot on normal hours. I bot from 12 to 1 on every wednesday. the other days just like 4 to 12. Get some kind of routine and actually try to make Blizz believe ur a real player. :)

edit: I always log out on time and take breaks =) Make blizz believe that u have dinner from 7 to half past 7 haha.

Im not sure this is doing any good for you. I know a lot of people say that it does. We will probably never get to know how Blizz operates when they are banning people, but I doubt that they suspects you for botting, because of when you play. Imagine how many unemployed people logging in in the middle of the night because they cant sleep from the nightmares where they are fired. Or kids still living at their moms, literally playing day and night. I dunno. I guess we all do what makes us feel safe.
 
Thats true. I just believe that for account thats safe, since I leveled my warrior 1-85 by hand that way.

Im also active in a guild, doin social stuff etc.

Ofc I can get banned for the fact I bot. I just try to minimalize the risk :)
